Customised vs Configured solutions?

These terms can be quite confusing and are mis-represented by many.

At NGA.NET, we define Configurable to mean that the users are able to configure the software themselves. Examples of this may be setting up an application form, setting up an assessment workflow, setting up an on-boarding workflow.

NGA.NET offers the most user-configurable solution in the market today. All of NGA.NET's customers operate off the same configurable code base.

Customisations still apply in the form of client specific reporting and the like where applicable. Any other development work that is completed follows our core methodology meaning that any new feature introduced into the product suite is immediately available to be configured by all of our customers.
